BQM available for Ireland Postcodes?

I was interested to use BQM but couldn't create one as my irish post code is not accepted.
Is it available here and if so any work arounds?

Use a postcode like SW1 1AA
Remember that with the extra distance (i.e. bit of water) there will be a higher minimum latency since its a ping between London and your location.
