BQM latency increased from today at around 4PM GMT

Hello. My BQM latency jumped up today at around 4PM:

I've been following a thread on the Virgin Media forums talking about an unrelated issue (the problem with the Super Hub 3.0 latency spikes), and I noticed that two other users described the same thing with their BQMs:

My pings are the same as usual on and when manually pinging so I'm wondering if this is a problem with BQM?

Has this affected anyone else on other ISPs? If not, perhaps it's a problem with the connection between Virgin Media's network and thinkbroadband's?

My BQM is now back to normal, and another user on the Virgin Media forum posted graphs showing that latency was affected to some other hosts at the same time, so it definitely looks like it was a Virgin Media problem. Sorry for the noise!
