High latency

Setup monitor. Set firewall rule to allow all icmp types from 80.249.99.164/28. Set firewall icmp to highest priority on firewall Wan adapter. After many hours graph is nearly entirely green. Did a ping from client pc to 80.249.99.165 returning average latency @ 265ms. Why is latency so high? Is server not in USA? Any alternate host servers with lower latency? Graph won't auto scale above 140ms.

Server is firmly in London, England so you are seeing transatlantic plus internet to US distances
