BB Quality Monitor Disabled

For some reason, possibly the fact that ICMP echo requests were switched off in my router, my BBQuality Monitor has been disabled.

Is there any way to reset it as I'm starting to have problems with my fibre connection?

OK. It no longer says 'Disabled' but is completely blank so I guess the problem is somewhere at my end.

[Edit] Spoke too soon - it's just starting to display so it will take a while to produce something meaningful.
