Some help on Broadband Quality Monitor graphs (ISP=Virgin)

[link to this post]

I've been monitoring my internet connection since I've been away since the 23rd May till today (26th May), the internet has been idle 90% of the time, the only time when its been in use is when the other person who lives in the house has been checking their emails once or twice a day, I'm a little concerned that things are on the high side with my connection (SH3 VIVID 200 Gamer broadband)

The graphs can be seen in the following links.

23rd May

24th May

25th May

26th May

Shared nature of DOCSIS means more jitter generally, but should not be that bad.

Intel Puma issues not helping.

Plus Virgin Media issues with traffic through some of their LINX ports in the last few weeks not helping
