SKY Hub SR102 Help - Basic Unlimited Broadband

Hi all,

Looking for help re settings for the SKY HUB (Black) SR102 - for the broadband quality test.

I joined the test service last night - but so far have had 100% dropped packets!

[From memory my router has - Wireless Isolation active, Respond to ping active, Upnp Turned Off].
