VM hub 3 keeps disconnecting

Hi keep getting my monitor disconnected after a short time 1hr to a few hours never had it working any longer, so any help or is it a VM thing ?

SuperHub3 software tends to start ignoring repeated ping trains after a while.

So not monitor, but the Virgin hardware most likely

Mine is the same, though it worked fine on my Hub 3 before the latest firmware update.

How I know its not the BQM tool itself, this is a monitor running against a node inside the Virgin Media network
