Well the TBB Server lost power yesterday hence the blankness, those red packet loss is the FRITZ!Box it doesn't like being pinged as much as the BQM does and over time it will start to refuse X amount of them.
I use to get the same when I used a FRITZ!Box and I use to get those red packet loss after 10 days of reboot, so I moved to a different one that works fine.
AVM told me its part of the Security code that reduces ICMP (i.e. ping) Flooding to the router.
