Remember that as the tool is UK based latency using it for latency monitoring in other countries will have a higher baseline due to the increased distances involved
We've been debugging a problem (with ISP and BT/Openreach) on a family member's line so been rather heavily dependent upon it recently, so it's a blow that BQM has gone down just now.

Thank you - it was created on 29-July-19 has been working fine since then - until today, that is.
