Extreme BQM Newbie here!
I've been a Virgin BB customer for many years.
Simple question
I loaded BQM yesterday. Started a speed test. It was clearly obvious that it was running, I got the results expected. No problem.
Then tried to start BQM Quality test. Clicked on "Start a broadband monitor now".I then expected a message saying something like "Broadband Monitor running", but no response of any kind (or, at least, I couldn't find any).
So how do I know the test is running?.
What have I missed?
