What's happening with BQM?

Extreme BQM Newbie here!

I've been a Virgin BB customer for many years.

Simple question

I loaded BQM yesterday. Started a speed test. It was clearly obvious that it was running, I got the results expected. No problem.

Then tried to start BQM Quality test. Clicked on "Start a broadband monitor now".I then expected a message saying something like "Broadband Monitor running", but no response of any kind (or, at least, I couldn't find any).

So how do I know the test is running?.

What have I missed?

Confused as with the BQM there is nothing to load?

WIth the BQM you log into your profile on https://www.thinkbroadband.com and in the profile section https://www.thinkbroadband.com/my-profile#bqm you can see any BQM you have setup or create a new one. Plus also the links exist to see what the BQM tool is recording.
