Understanding BQM Virgin media

Hi i have been using BQM for months now and was wondering if these are expeted results for virgin media on the graphs.

These are what i was getting for a while which can be entire days from time to time.

Without knowing what you were doing those graphs look normal for DOCSIS, the big blocks of high latency most likely being you doing something large with the connection e.g. big digital game download/updates
