I raised a query on the VM community forums and a staff member picked it up and saw that I had some stats out of tolerance. Had an engineer visit on Friday, replaced modem and changed my street cab port. Stats show line stats are in tolerance now. I restarted the BQM but the sea of red has returned.
If I ping from elsewhere on the internet (an Azure VM for example) the router responds fine to the ping.
