VM Super Hub 3 - Sea of red

[link to this post]

I've had VM for 7 weeks now, but unfortunately I've not been able to get a reliable BQM working for it.

I raised a query on the VM community forums and a staff member picked it up and saw that I had some stats out of tolerance. Had an engineer visit on Friday, replaced modem and changed my street cab port. Stats show line stats are in tolerance now. I restarted the BQM but the sea of red has returned.

If I ping from elsewhere on the internet (an Azure VM for example) the router responds fine to the ping.

Just posting this here to see if anyone else has similar issues?

Here are some of my BQM links;

Anyone? As said in my post the router still responds to pings from elsewhere.

I've even created a new BQM...

Are these IPv4 or IPv6?

Notice how in the short link the hub responded for a while.

The Superhubs seem to randomly decide to not respond, part of a security service to stop people constantly pinging others most likely.

Just wondering if there were any other people that have the SH3 with a BQM that does not display this behavior. I've seen a few VM BQM's that don't show anything like this, but then again they could be other versions.
