BQM Interpretation - Regular 100% packet loss spikes

Every 20 or so mins we lose internet for a minute or two. Using a hitron hub (with virgin business) all the lights are stay on when the internet cuts out. Had a look at the graph and have no idea what its telling me

Any help would be great

There’s two periods shown on the BQM (the two vertical red bars) roughly 9am and late morning, where your router is not responding to ping requests. This could correspond with network outages or otherwise the router is too busy to respond. The thickness indicates the duration.

Have you checked the BQM on other days follows a similar pattern?

Can you confirm if the internet outages occur on wired (Ethernet) connections to the router or just wireless connections.

It happened for both wireless and wired, all devices would say connencted no internet. Virgin sent someone round and seems to have fixed it but had the same problem a month ago so clearly wasnt a permanant fix

Times of day looks to me very much to be (severe) network congestion related loss. Did they replace their cable modem/wireless router?
