cant use TBB monitor on SKY

can anyone help me, please?

my friend can't get his TBB monitor to work on sky q-box - I remote assisted in and followed the pages instructions but RESPOND TO PING ON WAN was already ticked in ADVANCED - WAN?

all he gets is 100% packet loss on it

There IP could of changed. You need to make use of DDNS (Dynamic DNS service). Some has free options but annnoying requirements unless you pay, but try before you pay. What you do is get a DDNS acount with a domain, then on router register those deatails so it can update automaticaly for you.
At TBB remove IP that is registered with and replace it with DDNS domain name.
