Looks like BQM kills Virgin Media HomeHub during BQM setup

[link to this post]

New user here, I think hosted BQM solution is a great idea. However I tried to create new probe 3 times today, and every time I try to create new probe at https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/... on clicking "create" button my VM connection dies. Some quick investigation is showing that HomeHub resets each time.
I'm using HomeHub v3.0 in Router mode. Advanced > Info in HomeHub shows HomeHub uptime and this number corelates with probe creation time.
Had anyone else experienced similar?

Not sure if this is causation or correlation. It could be there is a fault/maintenance in my area. And the damn box just power cycle it now and again.

Pings don’t cause a router to reset its connection. Suggest you have an underlying service issue that needs to be attended to by VM.

I have a Hub 3 in modem mode. You can check the hub's logs and see if you have any other events on the cable network (separate to the internet network) that has caused the hub to reboot.
