BQM - interpretation of result

For the last few days / weeks my internet connection is very bad every morning until I restart the router. I started the BQM to see what is happening and every morning , around 1.30-2am BQM chart indicates that something going on.. (resolution is router restart).

ISP Vodaphone , Router Synology RT2600ac. I do not have any scheduled job around that timeslot.

I would suspect router problem but the issue seems timebound so I am not sure.. any suggestion what to check?

Try another router 1st to see if the Synology is to blame.

If it is to blame try resetting it then configuring it again.
