Broadband Quality Monitor Superhub 4

[link to this post]

Hi, I am with Virgin broadband, 500M. Streaming netflix, prime and such via wifi are fine but gaming is bad, loads of input delay, opponents seem to be seconds ahead of my every move, with a cat6e wired PS4. I've ran the monitor but not sure how to interpret it ?

What times are you normally playing? The general graph doesn't look bad for a VM connection - there have been a lot worse. However, you seem to have had a lot of lost packets between 12:30am and 6am - if you are playing during those times then that could explain issues. The odd yellow peaks are potential issues with latency on gaming.

I'm usually playing early to mid evening, as for the packet losses we never noticed nothing was in use at that time. Coincidence or not it these issues seem to have arisen since signing up for the volt boost with O2
