We had a BQM that worked fine before on our setup - we are using a Netgear Orbi router (AX4200/RBK752) and were using modem with Zen internet. The monitor worked fine with this set up.
We had a virgin line put in (seems good but wanted to monitor) - the Hub4 has been put into Modem mode and the only change we made on the Orbis was to switch 'Internet Requires Login' off as we needed that for Zen but not for Virgin. I set up a new monitor with the IP address suggested and the one I could see when doing find my IP matched but I'm just getting solid red 100% packet loss on the montior. I'm assuming there is something with the Orbis I need to adjust but there was no issue before and the hub is just in Modem mode? Could it be I'm not finding the right IP or as the Orbis are looking for Dynamic IP is that causing an issue? Would I need to switch to static?
