Virgin Media 1Gig connection.

Hi all,

I have the Virgin media 1Gig connection with the Hub 4.0.

I keep getting drop outs and reconnections and buffering on most of the devices connected.
Even those connected to the router directly with a Cat6 Ethernet cable.

The BQM doesn't show any real issues with the connection, there is a small blip of red (packet loss) but the line looks fine.

Thanks for your input, appreciate it.

VM have told me the same thing and the speeds are fine to the hub.

However I still get constant disconnects and reconnects with Ethernet

Reading around though, I feel that the HUB 4 is the issue.

I don't think that VM will do anything about that.

Do you have a cheap switch you could connect to the Hub4 and connect your devices to the switch? Or do you have an old router (with Ethernet WAN) that you could connect to the Hub 4 and put the Hub in modem mode?
