How to interpret my current BQM (?) - any insights!

[link to this post]

Evening all... I've just started monitoring my NOW broadband internet router, in a bid to discover the cause of recurring outages and device drop outs. Being new to this, however, I'm at a loss to summarise what then current daily snapshot graph is telling me (and yes, I've read to online guide already!) The link to the graph is reproduced below:

If any kind, knowledgeable soul could take a quick look and jot down a few thoughts, I'd greatly appreciate it!

Thanks in advance, James

I think the basic insight is you have problems with your connection or home network. That is not a pretty graph. Are you on FTTC? Have you tried the router in the test socket to rule out your internal wiring? Can you get the line stats from the router and post them here (SNR, Attenuation, sync speed)?
