Sporadic periods of 100% packet loss with unusual BQM graph

[link to this post]

Hi,

This is my BQM at the moment: https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/...

I've been with Virgin Media Business for 2 years and haven't experienced issues like this before.

There's a weird 'stepping-up' of the graph in advance of total packet loss - any ideas?

All the best

My Live BQM is in my sig, I’m a domestic customer on the 200/250 service. The ‘stepping’ is probably just variable latency as things come back and then crash again.

The core ISP network disappeared off the internet, not just the home broadband or cable delivered business services, but inbound from the internet to VM disappeared.

Will be interesting if we ever find out why.
