Broadband Quality Monitor - displaying total packet loss

[link to this post]

Since around 00:45 on Monday of this week, I have 100% Dropped Packets showing in my BQM.

Up until that point, it's been working fine.

I run pfSense at home and the rules have been set up for months without any issue.

If I ping my router from work it's blocked as expected, but when I add a new rule to pfSense, the ping is accepted and works fine.

So I removed and re-added the ne rules, but the BQM still getting 100% Dropped Packets.

The 2 IP addresses I have to allow the BQM to ping the router are:

80.249.99.164
80.249.99.171

Have these changed at all?

If not, then any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I've since deleted and re-created the BQM and the Dropped Packets is now 0%.

Perhaps they expire after a while?
