Hi, I've recently started to use BQM to monitor my service as repeated support calls/visits haven't done anything to resolve my issues, but I'm not really sure how to interpret the graph.
I get lots of tiny dropouts in connection, where everyone in the household will not stop receiving service for 1-2 minutes, this happens more frequently in the evening, but it seems to be becoming more common overall now.
I have a FTTC connection, sold as 80 down / 20 up.
Any help deciphering this would be very much appreciated.
