Can one see the Broadband Quality Monitors of others in one public place, or only his/her own?

Exactly this. We don't allow access unless you choose to 'share' them. If you do share, we remove the IP address from the data (the name will be visible so don't use anything sensitive on that, including your IP if you want to keep that private).

Only ones who provide you with the link... like in my sig.
