EX3301-T0 Not working with Quality monitor

I'm using the Zyxel EX3301-T0 with Squirrel internet (FTTP altnet) and I can't get the monitor to work, it just shows red. I can ping my public IP address via other websites but the monitor doesn't work with it.

Any ideas?

I made a discovery, the monitor only works if I enter my IPv4 address. How can I make it work with IPv6?
