Packet loss on fibre heroes network

Anyone else getting this on the fibre heroes FTTP network? It's showing red near the top and when I run things like packet loss test I get lost packets.

Anyone? What's considered a normal amount of packet loss?

I am on OR and I also have constant packet loss, swapped providers and still same. I do notice at times when my streaming pixelates and buffers but not enough to be annoying.

I'm reading now it might be routing related via Cogent that many altnets use.
