Draytek 2760 and ICMP requests

[link to this post]

A friend has been having line problems lately with constant buffering on streaming services. In an effort to track this down I've set up a broadband monitor but this shows solid red as his router - Draytek 2760 - is not allowing echo requests

Unfortunately this appears to be the default and I can't find anywhere to temporarily allow these. The manual tells me how to defend against excessive pings but nothing on allowing them at all.

Is there anyone on here with Draytek experience can tell me how to do this? I can substitute a spare router - Zyxel - which does have an on/off switch for echo requests but this would fail to give a true picture.

Draytek 2760 Firmware: 3.8.9.6_BT

On my 2927 it's System Maintenance >> Management >> IPv4 Management Setup >> Disable PING from the Internet
(Similar for IPv6)
HTH.

Found it thanks. I thought I'd checked everywhere to the point I was going round in circles, but it's the same on the 2760 and probably also the 2763/2765 etc.
