For some time now, latency from BQM to my connection to Vodafone Germany has been increased during a certain time window.
This affects both IPv4 and IPv6.

I also have a Smokeping host running on my network, where the increased latency is also visible.
The hop that is increasing latency at this time is this one:

Has anything changed as a result of the update?
Before the update, this problem occurred almost every day.
