Help with analysis

[link to this post]

Hi there,

I have a OneStream ADSL connection which is very poor for consitency. Whenever I use ookla speed test it reports fine, but usage when streaming is hit and miss, with a lot of buffering. I have setup a BQM but don't know if the results would indicate a good or bad service, can anyone give an insight?

For comparison, I also have a Gigaclear connection elsewhere and it looks remarkbly better, however that is full fibre

An ADSL service will have a higher latency than an FTTP one so there's nothing really unusual about that line. The yellow spikes are possibly utilisation as back then line saturation was more of an issue. I wouldn't worry about those too much.
