latency graphs cogent

Hi there,

since around 14:30 today we have had multiple latency graphs show 100% packet loss. from runing some trace routes from the sites as well as from cogents BGP looking glass, im unable to ping the source IP of the tests. Just wondered if this is something you are able to resolve on your peering end or if its cogent

We upgraded a transit link to Telecom Italia this afternoon which seems to have caused some blackholing. It might be related to this.

looks like the graphs returned to normal around 16:30 so happy days
