Graph bug

I think I found a graph bug with our BQM. When I look at one of my BQM graphs as a user versus in the back-end of our site, I'm getting very slightly different start times. I think the graphs we draw publicly are wrong if you compare that information to the CSV file you can download. Just flagging in case anyone looks for precision..
