Disconnected router last night bad idea

I seem to get my speed problems with the router for last two weeks early in the morning before
i get up , so i mentioned it yesterday to bt that i was going to turn the router off over night and the bras profile was going to be manually edited to 3mbps because it being capped at 1. Turned the router on this morning and the connection rating is at 2.5mbps far below 3.5-4.0mbps which is what it should be connecting at. I cant reboot the router and get the connection rating back!

Even a sync of 2.5Mbps should at least give a better BRAS Data Rate.

If you are getting these variable syncs, then you are going to not see stable download speeds, as the noise may be causing errors and retransmits even if the line holds sync.

Time to invest some effort into the wiring/filters/modem

Why invest in new wiring/filters/modem , when it was already invested in... it isnt a problem my end but at the master socket and beyond which is what bt should be looking at!

Downstream Speed 3168 Kbps
Upstream Speed 448 Kbps

Seems to be bad speed wise between 8 and 9.30am every day hmmm will have to keep an eye
on that , bras profile is supposed to be manually edited today

Edit : the problem certainly is between 8 and 11.30am its now at 3.4mbps
