Wouldnt be so smug until you actually recieve your first bill and find out that they have in fact charged you for it all !! Then your battle will begin trying to get a refund!!

I've just regraded from Option4 to TotalBB 3, do I still have to go through another 10 day training period?

How did you request the regrade? I tried to regrade today through the website and got a message that an existing order was being processed, so I'll have to call the helpdesk. Strange, because I'm not waiting for any orders to be processed.

I'm on BT Yahoo Option 4 and went for Max in April. I'm unclear why BTY Option 4 costs more than the new Total Broadband Option 3, when you appear to get less for it, other than a bigger download limit which vastly exceeds my requirements.

I changed from opt 4 to the new total 3 option. got all last monday, except the hub phone, so i called them on tuesday morning and it was passed to another department for me to get a call back. so after about 3 hours, they ring my mobile and leave a voice mail, and she clearly states that it was the FREE hub phone i was enquiring about, and that i'd have it within 8-10 days. Next thing i know, after 2 public holidays, the DECT phone arrives on Friday, with a letter explaining about the delay on the HUB phone.

I just rang the normal BT number (150 from the bt line) and went through to broadband
