Broadband talk busy??

Is anybody else here having problems calling with Broadband talk, every single time I call out on it no matter what using whether softphone or direct through hub I always get the busy tone. Even calling different numbers it is the same.

Very strange seems as if BT have run out of capacity for all of the new users.
