you can still have option 4 as a total broadband customer, you simply upgrade on line and it will offer you an option 4 package

I was originally on BT Broadband, took the upgrade to Total Broadband with the 50GB limit (Option 4)

Today I got my Openzone voucher as an existing Total Broadband Option 4 subscriber.

Last week I got the email asking if i wanted to 'upgrade' to Total Broadband Option 3

Isn't it fun being with BT

I regraded to Total a few months back and forgot all about them

It was spooky because i was thinking that I must call about them as I am off on business to Germany in a couple of weeks and figured the wifi access would be handy at the airport. Got home that night and they were in my inbox

I am looking forward to getting the Option 3 downgrade email as I tried to downgrade when I went to Total. I was told I couldn't downgrade until April because of tax reasons ( my broadband charges are deducted from my wages )
