BT Tech Support Phone number

Just incase you all didnt know this, (most of you probably know of this already tho), when calling for tech support on 0845 600 7030 you get charged local rate for it, but instead of using that number, use this one - **************. ( removed for some weird reason) ....

It still means talking to their appalling helpdesk, but at least it's at their expense.

The phone number which you have provided is the number for order management but yes it gets you through to THD for today not much longer now it is public....

It was always public, as they sent it to me in an email, saying if I have any problems with my broadband to call that number, then when I got activated they sent another email with a the proper number, so as far as I am concerned, it was always public, but if they are as low to change it now that it is on the net, well i will change my original post....

Yes I also told the director of customer services and many other high up people in BT I don't pay to call THD.

That is not the only free number which I know of.
