What is the HomeHub Password?

I have just Started with BT and all is well

but I am unable to view/edit settings on my HomeHub
I'm viewing it (http://api.home) via a web browser
It asks me for a username/password

I tried admin/admin but it doesn't work
So I'm stuck can anyone help me?

Well the home hub starts in a basic user mode which requires NO username or password. Then at the side in an option for advanced mode, once you change user via that window using admin as the username and password you will get into the advanced config.

You don't happen to use Internet Explorer 7 do you. I don't seem to be able to log in to my Home Hub with IE7, can log in using IE6 though.

I believe also that admin/admin will not work if you are using IE7 - use Firefox/Opera or any other browser.

You need to install the hotfix for IE7

yes I do use IE7
I have even tried the update mentioned here and no luck even then

This is a real pain
Is it BT's fault or IE?
and will there be a fix?

It's speedtouchs fault, new firmware will be released soon to fix this issue.

Applying the hotfix, still does not let me log onto Hub using IE7. When will firmware be updated to fix?
