Firmware Upgrade

Is my Home Hub supposed to upgrade to the latest firmware automatically?
I still have 6.1.1.R.
Any idea when it will upgrade?

The reason I didn't do it manually is that i didn't install any of the bt software when I originally set the hub up, i just conected to it using my existing wireless router.
Wasn't sure if this would cause any problems.
I am in now rush for the upgrade, so am happy to wait for auto update if it will be soon.
Unfortunately BT don't seem to know (in fact, tech support didn't know what Firmware was initially!!)

it will still work just dont forget to put all the files in the root of c:\ and run it from there and turn off your firewall and set up ip / dns manually
