BT BBTalk its great

Just received my new BT Hub this morning.
Had i little problem with getting BT Talk to configure.
Updated the firmware to the latest as stated in other posts but still couldn't get BT Talk to configure.
Finally rang BT CS. The overseas agent tried but couldm't get this to work either. Finally he put me in touch with a uk guy from BT Broadband Talk who said that there were issues with the server configurartion and my IE7. He got me to download firefox and i still had the same problem, Finally he took me through a proccess where at the configuration link on BT site had to be opened in a new window and my gateway inserted in the address bar. This worked and updated my BT Talk configuration in the hub.
Currently i have a dect phone linked to the hub. Very impressed with the voice quality.
Really grateful to BT CS abroad and UK for the help they provided.
Good service received by them.

If you know your bb talk phone number and password, you can login here and click 'configure' which should also do the business if you ever need to.

This is what i was originally trying.
This is also the link that BT CS used but with the gateway added to the address bar of the browser.
Apperently the BT guy said that alot of people with IE7 seem to be experiencing the auto config problems.
Again i was pleased with the way my call of help was handled by both overseas and uk.
Very pleased with their service to date therfore decided to sign for a further 12 months.
