Or you could call up customer option on 0800 800 150 follow options for broadband, ask to speak to a level 1 manager and put in a formal complaint about THD due to them not understanding your problem. It is the only way BT know their are problems if a customer complains. Make sure they don't put you onto India as their is still an outstanding problem.
Then while speaking to the same manager get his name and direct line as well. Then ask him to put your fault to an offline team or ask for the UK THD. This way somebody in the UK will deal with it, but BT will also see the complaint on your account investigate and take appropriate action.
