Yeah its pathetic the speeds and the way in which BT are treating the issue as if it does not exist.

I am staying with BT for the value for money mainly the VOIP and Vision but Vision on demand is not working correctly so thats one major staying point. Now for the BBTalk to stop working at peak times and then their aint much left for me to stay with them for.

The only reason I am staying is who do you go to? As far as I can see they are all as bad as each other. I

Thats because BT are sweeping the slow speed issues under the carpet as can be donated by their handling of the entire matter.

Theirs no issue, theirs no issue, theirs no issue. Well I if download speeds less than 30KB/s and page loading times of a minute upwards are normal I'll be damned.

I applaud their investigations and putting people on the case but when you get a letter in the post telling you their no issue it's taking the [censored]. Do excuse my French there! A better uncensored phrase would be its all gone pete tong.

Good point, whoever has set any port 80 shaping in BT should be sacked outright for not knowing what goes over 80!

Yes, my download speeds are slower than my upload speeds tonight.
I've had enough. I have created a new email address and I am phoning BT tomorrow and asking for a MAC code.
