BT Broadband

[link to this post]

I've just receive my delivery of a BT Home Hub. But I am encounting one or two problems. Currently, I can receive phone calls but not use the broadband.

However, if I connect the broadband to the test socket it is ok. I've checked the wiring and it appears to be correct. It's a NTE5 master socket

5. White with blue

Any ideas what the problem could be, I have attempt to contact BT on numerous occassions but basically they are useless

Well its something after the test socket if it is the front faceplate of the NTE5 an engineer will be required to come out and replace the NTE5 free of charge. The test socket uses the same wires as the faceplate.
