Do you leave this plugged in 24/7 or turn it off overnight?
I read somewhere that if its turned off it takes ages to retrain ??

Makes no odds mate. Just means you got to turn it off and turn it on in the morning. Personally got it on 24/7 as got all the BT services to go with it.
