Stuck IP Profile -> who best to talk to?

Hi folks, my router was disconnecting pretty randomly last night after 12pm. I left it overnight, but I just checked my logs and it only started to settle down at around 7am. Sure enough, my IP profile has been lowered:

IP profile for your line is - 135 kbps
DSL connection rate: 448 kbps(UP-STREAM) 1152 kbps(DOWN-STREAM)
Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 90 kbps

Unsurprisingly, the speed is agonizingly slow. Is there someone I can talk to that can quickly fix this? Or do I have to wait for three days like normally?

Well its not a stuck profile so unless you know somebody in BT Wholesale who can sort it really quick your wasting your time any other way as it will take a few days to get Wholesale to unstick it.

Might be worth changing your kit/looking at your wiring, as whatever caused the 'low sync event' that caused your profile to plummet, will happen again if you don't sort the issue out.

thats going to be my new excuse for the 3 day wait spend it looking to find what caused it originally!

I think it might be a router issue, for some reason I keep getting disconnected at 12am exact, judging by what i'm seeing in the logs. No idea if it's a line issue too :/
