Currently I'm with BT Yahoo! and hating it. We're on Option 3 and I'm constantly getting majorly flucuating speeds... It might be a line issue, or it might be BT's shaping, but either way I'm willing to try a new ISP (thinking IDNet).
However, there's a problem. It's my parents who pay for the broadband, and my mum uses our BT ISP email address as her primary email address. I assume that changing to IDNet and terminating our BT account is going to result in her losing this email address, but I wondered is there anyway she can keep that account? It's @btinternet.com so I'm guessing that she'll have to just let everyone know her email address will be changing, but I thought I'd ask anyway.
Any ideas?
