12 Months almost up...

I am coming up to the end of my first 12 month contract.

I had someone on the phone asking me about renewal but it was a bit garbled and I never heard from them again.

Despite the "Ups and downs" of speeds, I'm interested in doing a deal with BT to continue for another 12 months on Option 3.

Does anyone know what number I should call to discuss this with BT BRoadband?

What deal should I ask for?

0800 800 150 and follow options for broadband and then ask for "customer options" they deal with retentions.

Tell them you are interested in getting another 12 month contract with them and want to see the deals they have to offer. Perhaps you are interested in Vision?

I re-contracted with BT just a few months ago its a fairly simple processes. Mind you didn't get a free hub phone which bit annoyed about as my current one has given up the ghost and its hard to get a new one. They are also very quite when it comes to hearing the other person.

Ask for a MAC to extract the best deal
