Re: Online Ordering

Easier said than done.

It seems there are no standout broadband providers really. I also don't live in an area that has any unbundling going on and is probably not likely to as well. So products from Sky, Be and TakTalk etc are not something I can have as they require LLU at the exchange to get there best deals or speed .

As for traffic shaping, well most providers seems to be doing this to some extent. It shouldn't be allowed, if companies can't provide a good, fast, reliable connection for the price they are asking you to pay then they should be honest about it, and if the real cost is higher then so be it. However when you look at what other countries provide speedwise and at what cost, you have to wonder why we seem to so badly lag behind, it almost makes me ashamed that other countries have such better deals than us (or so it seems). Almost makes you want to move countries

In reply to:

On the first page for ordering it has a dialog box to confirm if you are the account holder or not.

I just tick the yes box, like I tell helpdesk operators that the router is plugged into the test socket
