Something interesting in the "Madasafish" forum though, it seems that BT are keen to expand the support team in South Africa - Perhaps this is what they meant many moons ago about sorting out the Indian support team.
If it goes to SA, then at least the language barrier problems might slowly be eroded and faults etc logged properly, so it's sort of good news perhaps for the BT faithful that are left.
