Whats BT�s rententions number?

I want to leave BT now because I want to move alway from this rubbish BRAS profile system and go on LLU, it�s between Be, SKY or UKOnline now it just hard to chose lol

Don�t get me wrong BT is Ok, but they are a average ISP they are not bad but not great if you understand what I mean. I couldn�t recommend BT but I have been with worse ISPs in the past so for me BT have been great at 90% of the 18 months i've been with them.

Found BT quite good and Be is better than Sky.

Retentions is 0800 800 030 from memory.

Yesterday I was just a bit p***** off because my profile messed up for no reason and I was only getting speeds of 135k. I wasn�t used to the dial up speeds that�s all it only took 6 hours to sort it self out. But I am going to ring because i want a better deal for the broadband. I�m paying 25 quid for option 3 now and I want to get �5 off now.I have seen people on this forum get great deals in the past so I am going to try out my luck and search for a better deal.

I'd pay slightly more and get the Vision its really good. Not used the on demand in a while went on tonight and was overwhelmed at the choice!
