So who is getting one of these shiny new hubs? Mines coming next Friday along with the new phone it has . Will be posting some kind of half baked review shortly after getting it and poking around with it.

how does one go about getting through to the retentions department? I'm fed up with having to reset my current hub, when it's a bit rainy.

0800 800 030 is what you'd call retentions.

Well you have three options Donna, tech support, Customer options or http://shop.bt.com and buy one their.

I seen a version 1 hub recently and boy are they big! I forgot just how big it was until I see it. I can remember getting one just after they came out and thinking it was cheap feeling compared to the router it was replacing (Linksys WAG3111G, I think). The linksys felt like you could build a house out of it and it wouldn't grumble, the hub was oh I broke a nail feeling.
